Immigration Advocates Network provides a National Immigration Legal Services Directory, allowing you to search for immigrant rights nonprofits that offer free or low-cost legal services.
Human Rights First's Project Afghan Legal Assistance will attempt to secure pro bono legal assistance for individuals who do not currently have an immigration attorney and who cannot afford to hire an attorney.
AILA has created a low bono referral list for Afghans and also maintains a database to help you find an immigration lawyer.
