About ALL Iowa
The Afghan Legal League of Iowa (ALL Iowa) is a collaboration between the University of Iowa College of Law's Legal Clinic and Center for Human Rights, Drake Refugee Clinic, Iowa Migrant Movement for Justice, and Catholic Charities to provide and facilitate immigration legal services to Afghans in Iowa. The ALL Iowa project is funded by a grant from the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services.
Our Mission
Engage communities statewide.
Provide direct representation of Afghan nationals before federal immigration agencies.
Assess need to create community-informed immigration legal service provision.
Support and enhance the work of individuals and organizations already serving Afghans throughout the state.
Increase access to immigration legal services throughout the state in a sustainable way.
Aiding in the development of pro se materials.
Research best practices.
